Thank you for being part of this cherished 40+ year tradition. Each year, our community comes together to celebrate with music, food, and festivities while supporting meaningful local impact through the Chanhassen Rotary Foundation.
Parade Registration Now Open!
Be part of one of Chanhassen’s favorite traditions. Registration is now open for the 2026 Chanhassen Rotary 4th of July Parade, happening Saturday, July 4 from 2:30–4:00 PM.
Join nearly 100 parade participants and thousands of spectators as we celebrate community, creativity, and country. Whether you’re a local business, community group, team, or organization, this is your chance to showcase your spirit with a float, performance group, classic car, or walking unit.

June 15. Be sure to review parade guidelines and submit your entry fee, if applicable, at the time of registration.

Culinary creations from Chanhassen and neighboring communities. A great variety of desserts, comfort food, eggrolls, chicken, and more! Open late, so after the street dance, grab a bite for the road.
Beer Tent
4–11 PM
Beer, seltzers, and more. Wet your whistle while dancing to Good for Gary under the tent.
No outside food or beverages, please.
Saturday, July 4
Classic Car Show
10 AM-1 PM
Cruise through rows of polished chrome and timeless classics at our car show. To enter (it's free!) RSVP to Mike Howe: 612-267-2907
Taste of Chanhassen
10 AM - 5 PM
Culinary creations from Chanhassen and neighboring communities. A great variety of desserts, comfort food, eggrolls, chicken, and more! Grab a snack to enjoy while watching the parade. Or stop by afterwards--no need to cook dinner!

PARADE
2:30 PM Start
The highlight of the day! Join us for our annual 4th of July parade! Bands, floats, classic cars, dancers, community groups, local heroes, and more.

Culinary creations from Chanhassen and neighboring communities. Ten vendors varying from desserts, comfort food, pizza, tacos, and more; you won’t leave hungry. Open late, so after the street dance, grab a bite for the road.

July 3rd/4th
Throughout both days, local restaurants and food vendors showcase their best dishes at the Taste of Chanhassen. It’s the perfect way to sample local favorites and celebrate our vibrant community.
Street Dance & Beer Garden-
July 3rd
The celebration kicks off on the evening of July 3 with a street dance in downtown Chanhassen. The Rotary Club operates the popular beer garden, where neighbors gather to enjoy live music, good company, and a festive start to the holiday.
Parade & Car Show-
July 4th
Independence Day begins with the annual Car Show where visitors can stroll through to see an impressive lineup of classic to collector vehicles. The afternoon brings the Chanhassen 4th of July Parade, a highlight of the summer that features floats, marching bands, and community pride on full display.
